With the great reception of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F in North America, Sega of America has announced this morning that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd is also coming to North America.

With a planned release later this year, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd will be released for both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita. The game will include 40 songs, which are said to be "a collection of the best new songs, and some of the most loved classic songs, previously only available in the Japanese releases" on PlayStation Blog.

There will be four different difficulty levels for the songs to choose from and the ability to build videos and Rhythm games utilizing the features in the game with the Edit Mode feature. These created videos will be able to be shared online, as well.

Associate Brand Manager, Aaron Webber, stated that the team has more surprises in store and was able to share one of those surprises in the announcement. We all wanted a physical copy of Project Diva F to include in our libraries and we will get just that with Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd when it releases this fall!

Plus, it's not a bang announcement without a trailer to go along with it! So check out the announcement trailer above!
