Dr. Seuss is being honored with a special exhibit this month to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the publication of his second book "The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins". The exhibit with its hat collection has never been seen outside the Seuss Estate, and will be on display at the Syd Entel Galleries from January 11-26. The Galleries are located at 247 Main Street,tSafety Harbor in the Sarasota area.

The "Secret Art Collection", belonging to Dr. Seuss, will be on display with original drawings, paintings, and sculptures. This "Secret Art Collection is a series of art work that was adapted from Geisel's (Seuss) original drawings and paintings.

Celebrate Dr. Seuss this month by visiting this fun exhibit. Your child might like to purchase a hat to honor Bartholomew Cubbins. This is a great opportunity to introduce your child to an art museum if you have never taken a trip to an art museum before. Children can easily relate to Dr. Seuss and the art that is included with the exhibit of hats will be of interest to children who love Dr. Seuss.

Parents may call 727-725-1806 for directions to the museum. Parents may also log on at www.Sydentelgalleries.com to learn about the exhibit.
