DAY 20
The past couple of days have been busy, busy, busy! I did not have a chance to post an update yesterday. I am still going strong. I've managed to start off each day with pranayama, meditation, jivamukti, and squeeze in a little hatha yoga. Although I did take it easy yesterday as I was still recovering my chaotic schedule last week. That, coupled with a severe headache and unbelievable fatigue, I just feel grateful to still be "in the game". My diet for the last two days has been pretty basic...
- Breakfasts- Just a piece of fruit (apple or banana) and some herbal tea.
- Lunch/Brunch - Broccoli soup and whole grain crackers, yogurt with granola.
- Snack- A handful of dried fruit/nut mix.
- Dinners- On day 19 I made Southwestern rice and beans, topped with corn salsa and shredded cheese. Day 20 consisted of Asian stir fry with steamed brown rice.
I've been feeling generally achy for the past few days as well. To be honest, I really do not know why. It may just be that I have been physically exhausted. For now, I am just hanging in there!
