Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams reportedly did not get along very well when they were working together on “Dawson’s Creek” but that may all be in the past and the two may be headed toward filming a “Dawson’s Creek” reunion.
Radar Online reported on Jan. 1 that an insider revealed that Katie Holmes is interested in filming a “Dawson’s Creek” reunion and has extended an invitation to former co-star Michelle Williams. There is no word yet on whether the thrice Oscar-nominated actress has agreed to work on the project, but the insider revealed that Holmes is anxious to make amends with Williams.
It seems that the driving force behind the reconciliation between Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams is former co-star Joshua Jackson. Reportedly Jackson thinks that if Holmes and Williams sign on to film a reunion, James Van Der Beek “will have no choice but to follow.”
Since the “Dawson’s Creek“ finale in 2003 Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams have both gone on to have successful careers in the movie industry. Michelle Williams has been nominated three times for an Oscar, once for her supporting role opposite then fiancé, the late Heath Ledger, in “Brokeback Mountain.” Williams won the Golden Globe in 2012 for her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in “My Week with Marilyn.”
