Fans have to wait until April to find out what’s next for their favorite “Hart of Dixie” characters, but there is news on one of the show’s popular guest stars. On Monday, it was announced that Mircea Monroe (Tansy) had landed a guest spot on “How I Met Your Mother.”
Monroe will appear in an episode set to air April 15 and there will be a bit of a mystery surrounding her character. According to TVLine, Monroe will show up at McLaren’s bar in an oversized coat. This leads to Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) obsessing and trying to guess whether or not the woman is hiding a hot body beneath the coat. We’re pretty sure we know the answer.
In “Hart of Dixie’s” first season, Tansy arrived in Bluebell as the ex-wife that Zoe (Rachel Bilson) had no idea Wade (Wilson Bethel) had. This season, Monroe’s character has had a bigger presence since she moved back to the edge of town and started dating George (Scott Porter).
Monroe’s other TV credits include “Episodes,” “Men at Work”, “The Mentalist” and “White Collar.”
