On February 1, 2013, One Direction's Harry Styles spent his 19th birthday partying in London with two of his closest male friends and two of his former girlfriends.
According to the Daily Mirror, Styles started the night by having dinner with BBC Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw (who is 28) and actor/comedian James Corden (who is 34) at La Bodega Negra, a Mexican restaurant. The three men then headed to Groucho nightclub, where they were joined by "The Xtra Factor" host Caroline Flack (who is 33) and model Cara Delevingne (who is 20). The Daily Mirror reports that Delevingne, who models for Burberry, left a Burberry party early so she could hang out with Styles at Groucho. After spending some time at Groucho, Styles then headed to Base nightclub for some more late-night partying.
Flack and Styles dated from October 2011 to January 2012. Styles and Delevingne were seen on several dates in the summer of 2012, but neither of them confirmed or denied if they were romantically involved with each other. By November 2012, Styles had moved on to dating Taylor Swift, 23, but that high-profile relationship ended badly in the first week of January 2013.
Delevingne has also moved on from dating Styles. According to The Sun, she recently began dating singer/songwriter Jake Bugg, who was with her at the Burberry party and at Groucho. Delevingne and Bugg made their first public appearance as a couple at the Burberry party.
One Direction found fame as a contestant act on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010. Flack is the only woman whom Styles has publicly admitted to dating since he became famous. He said on Twitter that his breakup with Flack was a "mutual decision." And ever since then, Styles has refused to publicly name anyone whom he has dated.
There have been rampant rumors that Styles and openly gay Grimshaw are more than friends, since paparazzi have documented the two men spending the night at each other's homes and wearing each other's clothes. Styles and Grimshaw have not commented on the rumors. When Styles is in London, the person he spends most of his free time with is Grimshaw.
Although none of the other guys in One Direction hung out with Styles at La Bodega Negra, Groucho and Base, most of them did post birthday greetings on Twitter.

Niall Horan, 19, tweeted: "Happy birthday to my youngest brother @Harry_Styles have a good one me aul son."
Liam Payne, 19, tweeted: "Happy birthday to my curly haired friend @Harry_Styles ! Were all getting old now! :)"
Styles tweeted this message to his birthday well-wishers: "Hiiiiiii, thank you for saying Happy Birthday. Love you all .xx"
