Harry Styles, 19, apparently is the one who pulled the plug on his romance with 23 year-old Taylor Swift during their New Years holiday in the Virgin Islands because she’s “boring”, according to Entertainmentwise today. Harry, of British boy band “One Direction” fame, is also reportedly ordering clips containing Taylor Swift be cut from the band’s upcoming “1D3D” concert movie. Insiders say Styles made that decision after Swift began mocking him with her new “22” single. The relationship may have been short, but the break-up is looking quite bitter.
“I went to get drinks without you because you're so f--king boring”, Harry told Taylor during their Caribbean vacation, according to AceShowbiz. Harry had just returned from a yacht party after he left Swift alone following a fight.
In her new “22” video, Swift is seen wearing a very Harry-style beanie hat and oversized sweater as she sings, “It feels like a perfect night to dress up like hipsters, and make fun of our exes”. Many, including perhaps Harry himself, believe this is directly mocking Styles.
Harry has allegedly ordered that all scenes including he and Taylor should be deleted from the “One Direction” documentary, “1D3D”. Sources claim it's all because of the fact that Taylor appears to make fun of him in her new “22” video, according to EW.
“He thinks Taylor’s being childish…He really thought that she of all people would value another celebrity’s privacy”, a source said.
The reason for the high profile split between the two singers has been discussed in the media at length, with some claiming Taylor Swift has been heard making remarks about being a bigger star. Others report the breakup was all due to Harry Styles and his “wandering eye”.
“He doesn’t talk about her, he doesn’t talk to her and he doesn’t want to be with her ever again”, added the insider. “He has moved on!”
