Chicanos Unidos Arizona has been a huge supporter of Harry Reid, both online and off. We have received a very touching message from Harry Reid’s camp (although we wish Harry Reid would have sent the message himself).
Latinos, like other immigrant groups, face harsh discrimination from people who are afraid of change. Several other immigrant groups, including Irish and Italians, have faced the same type
of opposition. This will soon change, since more people realize that Latinos value education,
family, and the workplace. They are the best Americas we ever had.
We will continue to work on immigration reform, which will give law-abiding families and workers
a pathway to citizenship in order to participate in the American dream. Chicanos Unidos Arizona
has been a great asset to not only the people of Arizona, but the rest of the world as well. Keep up the good work!
Let’s hope after Harry Reid is re-elected in Nevada, he will come speak for us in Phoenix. Mr. Reid is as American as a person can get.
