Harry Reems dies at the age of 65 after a long and illustrious career that comprised more than 100 adult films, including the well-known and controversial "Deep Throat." According to the Los Angeles Times obituaries, Harry Reems died on March 19, 2013. The actor had been suffering from illnesses that included pancreatic cancer.
As an adult film actor, or porn star, in one of the most notorious pornographic films of all time, Harry Reems attended the the Video Software Dealers Association's annual home video convention at the Bellagio July 26, 2005 in Las Vegas in support of the documentary flick "Inside Deep Throat."
The 2005 documentary explores the making of the infamous 1972 movie "Deep Throat." In the photo at the top of the page, Reems is seen posing in front of posters advertising the documentary at the convention. An interview with the actor appears in the film.
In his later years, Reems turned to religion and a career in real estate.
