Harrisburg music scene this weekend (02/19 & 02/20)

Unless you’ve been under a proverbial rock, then you know that Millennium Music Conference and Showcase is going on this weekend; lots of acts at lots of places. In case you’re looking for something else to do, here are some other shows you may not want to miss.

Friday February 19

Harrisburg rock and roll legends Adrian Blitzer plays Snappers Bar and Grill in Mechanicsburg starting at 9:30 PM.

Southern-Fried rock and rollers Black Mountain Jack are going to smoke at Morgan’s Place in Harrisburg. Showtime is 8:00.

Natural 9 brings their unique party rock show to Arooga’s in Camp Hill. The partying will commence at 10:00.

Saturday February 20

The Don Johnson Project will take over Morgan’s Place in Harrisburg to fill your soul with the best blues and funk in Central PA. Start time is 8:00.

Evelyn’s Ashes will be opening for national acts Cold and Nonpoint at The Chameleon Club in Lancaster. This is an all-ages event, but you must be over 21 to drink. Doors open at 7, but don’t be late because you will not want to miss the Ashes!

Front man extraordinaire James Thomas and the men from Grind will be at Zinger’s in York. Trauma 6 will be providing the opening festivities beginning at 9:00.

Noodlebone once again graces the stage at Overtime Sports Bar and Grill in Hershey, starting at 10:00.

Random Allies will knock your socks off with their high energy rock show at Fat Daddy’s in York starting at 10:00.

Hardcore metal artists Shredfyre will assault your ears and mind at Rumors in Enola starting at 10:00.

Get out and support local music, no matter who or where. There are too many great bands out there to stay home.
