Harrah's Las Vegas will open a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse dining venue on the Strip within the first quarter of 2013 according to Caesars Entertainment. The restaurant chain is known for exceptional signature steaks and upscale dining experiences and this partnership will mark the first of its kind ever on the Las Vegas Strip.
The new eatery will replace the old Range Steakhouse that closed at Harrah's in November 2012. The venue will be located on the second floor of the property featuring floor to ceiling windows providing for great views of the Strip. The dining area will reportedly have seating for more than 400 customers. The menu will include signature USDA Prime steaks, appetizers, soups and salads, sides, desserts, and an extensive wine and cocktail list.
This Caesars - Ruth's Chris Steakhouse partnership also has operational restaurants at Harrah's properties in New Orleans and North Carolina. Ruth's Chris operated for over 20 years at an off-Strip location on Paradise Rd in Las Vegas, but that restaurant closed in 2011. The upper-tier steakhouse chain operates over 150 restaurants worldwide.
