Harold Ramis got a wonderful tribute by his friend and colleague Bill Murray. As fans watched the 86th Annual Academy Awards, they definitely thought the tribute was in the In Memoriam segment, however Bill Murray decided to do something more. Offering a special moment on Sunday night, the star took matters into his own hands with an unscripted moment.
Bill Murray was presenting an award for best cinematography with Amy Adams when he popped in a little personal commentary. After he said all the nominees' names were read, he offered a special moment that touched the fans.
"Oh, we forgot one, Harold Ramis for `Caddyshack,' `Ghostbusters' and `Groundhog Day,"' said Bill Murray on stage at the Oscars. Of course the fans started to clap because they too wanted to remember a man who made an extraordinarily contribution to the entertainment community. It seemed that even Amy Adams seemed a little surprised at the moment, but she definitely went with the flow in the moment.
Harold Ramis was well-known for his contribution behind and in front of the camera. His talent was seen in movies and he gave fans some very special movies during his lifetime.
