It’s time to be active in the aim of releasing all negative self-judgement, criticism and blame in favour of seeing clearly, being present and choosing how we want to participate in life. By holding on to the criticism etc. we are keeping possibilities alive in our experience. Thinking we aren’t good enough, for instance, invites us to continue to behave in ways that demonstrate this. Continuing to punish ourselves for what happened yesterday is a waste of our precious life energy. When we logically look at it, it doesn’t make sense. When we bring forth limiting ideas we’re clouding our minds. The alternative is to clear our minds, and focus our attention on our capabilities, strengths, ways of contributing, and desired actions. What else is there? There is the resistance or opposition that we bring forward from yesterday suggesting that it can be otherwise.
Now we have an amazing opportunity to make use of some of the tools and resources out there to help us to bring our attention and focus to our lives today, instead of to the distant past or projected future. Our lives today are where we can access strength and harness our ability to be a positive presence and role model in the world. Each day is our opportunity to move closer to living this reality. When will we decide to harness our authentic power and strength in service of good? We each have a unique opportunity to define what this looks like and decide when we’re ready to do this. Welcome to life today.
