Ab-Soul and the rest of the TDE collective are prepping for a huge year. As we’ve already been blessed with a release from ScHoolboy Q, with his debut project Oxymoron, rap fanatics are ecstatic that we’ll be hearing some new material from the “black-lipped bastard” as well (2 new projects, to be exact). Already contributing some of his best work to Chicago representative Common’s blazing No I.D. helmed single, “Made in Black America,” the left coast native takes a mini-break and returns this week, and hits the wax once more with fellow herb-connoisseur and Harlem rhyme-slinger, Smoke DZA, on the fittingly entitled “Hearses.”

The two trade bars over the thumping DJ Dahi board-work (Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Money Trees’), going back and forth pondering to themselves if they can resist the temptations of catching a body or two, or in lament terms – killing their victims – aka haters and naysayers.

Hear the pair show no remorse for their rapping oppositions over here, and on Instagram, is a quick preview for DZA’s forthcoming visual to his 2013 release “City of Dreams,” (directed by Damon Dash) and produced by the Bronx tandem Buda Da Future and GrandzMuzik.Special thanks to HotNewHipHop.
