The world famous Harlem Globetrotters will be paying a visit to Nashville on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 2pm at the Municipal Auditorium (417 4th Ave North). The team is well known for their skillful blending of athletics and comedic theatrical performance on the basketball courts; now, for the first time ever, fans get to call the shots.
The Harlem Globetrotters new show, "You Write The Rules" allows the fans to decide a new rule to add to Globetrotters basketball—a rule that could affect the outcome of the game. Potential rules include double points and two-ball basketball. The team has listed the full list of potential rules, along with explanations of each on their website, allowing fans to vote for the rule of their choice. Fans will get to see the winning rule take effect live when the Harlem Globetrotters trot into Music City on January 13th.
