Running all weekend, with one show Friday and two shows Saturday and Sunday, Billy Elliot the Musical is part of the Kansas City Broadway Series at the Municipal Auditorium. Get your tickets now.

Calling all hockey fans! Your Missouri Mavericks are back this weekend. Facing off against the Denver Cutthroats Friday and the Tulsa Oilers Saturday, the Mavs look to bring two more wins to the IEC. The Orange Army can pick up home-game tickets here for as low as $15. Purchase three tickets for Friday’s game and you’ll get one ticket free.

If you prefer the nightlife of the Power and Light District, there are plenty of shows to check out this weekend. Of the scheduled events, Saucy Jack is at the Dubliner and the Hotel Nightclub is having a swimsuit party. You can see the event on Facebook here. Winter Jam Tour Spectacular comes to the Sprint Center Friday night. If music isn’t want your looking for, Sprint Center also hosts the Harlem Globetrotters Saturday night.
