Celebrate Presidents’ Day, Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 in “An Emancipation Proclamation Worship and Rally” program at Salem United Methodist Church in Harlem at 5 p.m.; and then, journey over to Brooklyn’s Restoration Plaza for some “Stress Relief” with the Noble Touch Healers at 7 p.m. On Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, close out this week of power and praise with Apostolic Temple of Jesus Christ as they pay homage to Black History “Bridging The Gap” at 7 p.m. Admission to all events are free.
