Free and open to the public, Harford County’s 2nd annual Early Years Expo resource fair will take place Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. at the Abingdon Elementary School, 399 Singer Road, in Abingdon, MD. Geared toward local families with children aged birth to 5-years-old, the Early Years Expo provides a wealth of early childhood related opportunities that exist in Harford County. The Early Years Expo will feature information on resources, products and services, as well as activities for kids. The Harford County Department of Community Services Local Management Board, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Roundtable, is seeking vendors for the Expo.
According to the Harford Co. Dept. of Community Services:
The Department of Community Services Local Management Board strives to educate families about community resources and make the lineage between valuable services and the families they exist to serve. The better connected that families are to community resources, the more likely children will be provided with the building blocks of early childhood development.
Vendor Registration is due by March 15. Vendor Registration forms are available here.
Vendors have the options of purchasing a table and ad space in the event program. The Vendor Registration Form contains those details.
Opportunities also exist for sponsoring events. For additional information, call 410-638-3389.
