‘Hardcore Pawn’ experiences a death threat on Tru-TV

On tonight's episode of "Hardcore Pawn" at Detroit's infamous American Jewelry and Loan, A man comes in with a picture of his 60-inch television on his cell phone. He wants Seth to tell him how much he would give him for it. Seth tells him to bring it in, but he does not want to waste his time. After a loud dissertation, the man is escorted out of the door.

Another person comes in with shoes signed by Shaquille O'Neal claiming that Shaq sent them to him after they won the championship a few years back. There is no certification with the size 22 shoes.

A woman is on her cell phone swearing and yelling to someone on the other end of the phone. Ashley tries to quiet her down, and she tells Ashley that she is rude. She wants someone else to help her; not Ashley. Finally, she loudly takes her business elsewhere.

Next, a man with a WWII torpedo watch engraved upon the back with the name of the man who owned it, pays Les a visit. He says it is worth $2,100, and he will take $1,000 for it. Les is very interested because his father served in WWII. He purchased it from the man's family in Austria. They look up the model, but nothing is selling of this genre. Finally, Les gives the man $350 for it.

Jeff, a worker in the shop is noticing strange occurrences with jewelry turning up in peculiar places. Is there a ghost in the shop? Is someone pranking him? Seth pulls up the video, because the security cameras are operating 24/7. Surprisingly, the video is missing. Seth calls his security people, and they do not know how long it will take to fix the situation. Jeff decides to set up whoever is doing this to him and only Les, Seth and Jeff are in on the sting.

A man comes to the shop to pick up his camera, but he has not paid in the proper amount of time and lost the pawn. The man shouts death threats at Les, then his security guard accosts the man, handcuffs him, and they call the police. Les is most certainly concerned with his employees and the customers. The man cooled off and apologized in front of the police. Les decided to let the man go and accepted his apology.

Two men who own a sports bar are looking for memorabilia, Seth sells them some signed jerseys and both of the Shaq shoes. They walk away elated, and Seth is glad to get rid of the shoes.

Jeff left some jewelry on his desk before leaving. The camera is running, and they will see who the culprit is; next week when part two airs on "Hardcore Pawn."
