Michael Wayne Boatwright, 47, of Temple was arrested and charged with obstructing or hindering law enforcement. Boatwright remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,000 bond has been set.
Rene Carrie Duke, 34, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to yield right of way to a vehicle. See also (4/5/2010)
William Jeffery Fernander, 38, of Temple was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and no proof of insurance.
Duncan Carroll Newman, 50, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with three counts aggravated assault, first degree cruelty to children causing excessive physical and/or mental pain, reckless conduct and discharging a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
