Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Thursday October 3, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Jimmy Terrell Ely, 24, of Buchanan was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor failure to appear. Ely remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Haley Necole Goodwin, 21, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with possession and use of drug related objects, suspended registration, no insurance, making false statements pertaining motor vehicle insurance and two counts failure to appear. Elwyn Eugene Kelly, 41, of Buchanan was arrested on and charged with simple battery. Kelley remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (6/11/2013)
Tabetha Elizabeth Kirkland, 35, of Bremen was arrested intoxicated on private property (Bremen city) and misdemeanor probation violation. Kirkland remains in custody at the time of this publication.

George Edward Posey, 28, of Bremen was arrested and charged with no insurance and no tag.
Christy Ann Rogers, 38, of Temple was arrested and charged with felony theft by taking. Rogers remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,500 bond has been set.
Lori Ellen Templeton, 27, of Bowden was arrested and charged with hit and run and failure to yield.
