Kerry Wendall Duffy, 54, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, discharging firearms and disorderly conduct. Duffy was released after posting a $1,430 bond.
Anthony Lamar Dukes, 23, of Bremen was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a tag light violation. Dukes remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $25,150 bond has been set. See also (6/8/2013)
Lorrie Marie Gann, 27, of Tallapoosa was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor failure to appear. See also (8/11/2013)
Danny Ray Godfrey, 40, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and light violation.
Carlos Saul Gonzales-Benites, 20, of LaGrange was arrested and charged with driving without a license and knowingly making a false statements pertaining to motor vehicle insurance requirements. Gonzales Benites was released after posting a $1,590 bond.
Stephen Lynn Hughes, 26, of Temple was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Hughes remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (5/18/2013) (4/12/2013)
Brian Eugene Weiss, 26, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
