Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Wednesday October 2, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Jessica Faye Bradford, 26, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. See also (4/27/2013)

Kayce Lorraine Dukett, 21, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Homer Lamar Ellis, 39, of Bremen was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol.

Rocky William Ellis, 33, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with three counts cruelty to children, battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), obstruction and first degree criminal damage to property.

John Trevor George, 19, of Bremen was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Austin Alexander McIntire, 18, of Bowdon was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving.

Tonya Melissa Nix, 40, of Buchanan was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. See also (6/17/2013)

Russell Kemp Owens, 55, of Waco was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and misdemeanor failure to appear. See also (7/19/2013) (8/25/2009)

Marcia Lee Phillips, 41, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Patricia Patterson Soliz, 42, of Bremen was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud greater than or equal to $500.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
