Elvis Lee Folds, 57, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Folds remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $26,000 bond has been set.
Christopher Shaun Hightower, 31, of Heflin, AL was arrested and charged with failure to have license on person and no proof of insurance. Hightower remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,650 bond has been set.
Larry Gene Robinson, 66, of Tallapoosa was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Robinson remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Danny Shane Taylor, 35, of Bowdon was arrested and charged with obstructing or hindering law enforcement officer. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $750 bond has been set. See also (6/17/2013)
William Cody Tidwell, 22, of Woodbury was arrested and charged with 7 counts deposit account fraud. Tidwell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,000 bond has been set.
Sherry Lynn Williams, 46, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance. Williams was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
