Haralson County Ga. arrest report dated March 17, 2013 (Photos)

The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties. Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Sunday March 17, 2013.

The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Timothy Dewayne Brown, 39, of Cedartown was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Rampy and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

Edward Eugene Browning, 56, of Buchanan was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI-driving under the influence of alcohol.

Emmett Eugene Burgess, 44, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County deputies and charged with violating a Bremen City disorderly conduct ordinance. See also (2/25/2013) (2/7/2013)

Dustin Boyd Harper, 22, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Cox and charged with two counts cruelty to children, battery/simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and terroristic threats and acts.

Robert Collins Holt, 38, of Douglasville was arrested by Buchanan Police Officer Pike on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Holt remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,125 bond has been set.

Larry Demetrius Penson, 46, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Newman and charged with driving while license withdrawn and misdemeanor probation violation. Penson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,600 bond has been set.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
