Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Wednesday March 13, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.
Alexander Nicole Chenault, 23, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Parrish and charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
Jesse Anthony Ebinger, 23, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Morris and charged with giving false information to law enforcement officer, driving while license withdrawn, window violation and warrants for theft by taking, possession and use of drug related objects and obstruction. Ebinger remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $18,000 bond has been set.
Phenix Elton Kilgore, 19, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Parks and charged with possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of schools. Kilgore remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Nichole Michele Mosley, 29, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Browning and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Justin Keith Odom, 25, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Parrish and charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
