The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties.

Listed below is the report for Thursday Jan. 31, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Mark Anthony Boyd, 32, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Stamey and charged obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers and contempt of state court. See also (9/18/2010)

Lee Gene Brown, 47, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

Kimberly Sue Liner, 40, of Muscadine, Ala., was arrested by Tallapoosa police and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. See also (8/11/2009)

Andrea Leigh Maney, 29, of Carrollton was arrested by Buchanan Police Officer Nall and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Robert Christopher Reece, 24, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Mapp and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and public drunk.

Arrest reports do not reflect the guilt or innocence of the individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest/charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or acquittal is determined by the court system.
