Listed below is the report for Monday Jan. 28, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Donald Chauncey Anderson, 35, of Muskegon, Mi., was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Shirley and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding.
Jennie Rebecca Braswell, 41, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Bell and charged with burglary, theft by receiving stolen property, obstruction and failure to appear.
Brent Douglas Holland, 25, of Fruithurst, Ala., was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance.
Billy Shane Myers, 38, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner and charged with driving while license withdrawn, seat belt violation and failure to appear.
Melanie Denise Smith, 51, of Bremen was sentenced to serve 14 days.
Patricia Diane Tidwell, 53, of Waco was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Reece and charged with burglary.
