Listed below is the report for Wednesday Jan. 23, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Amanda Elizabeth Anders, 46, of Buchanan was arrested by Buchanan Police Officer Wilkerson and charged with criminal trespass.
Jason Daniel Baggett, 37, of Waco was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Thomson and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property. Baggett remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Tresha Ann Banks, 42, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Lemley and charged with terroristic threats and acts. Banks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Terrance Bass, 23, of Douglasville was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Vann and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. A cash bond in the amount of $850 has been set.
Katie Patricia Burgess, 30, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Pike and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a controlled substance.
James Mikle Clayton, 50, of Bowden was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Hornsby and charged with DUI-alcohol, weaving, tampering with intent to conceal or misrepresent license plate, no proof of insurance and operating motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Christopher Travis Dunbar, 30, of Carrollton was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Alexander and charged with driving while license withdrawn. Dunbar was released after posting a $1,600 bond.
Frankie Dewayne Elrod, 34, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Morris and charged with felony theft by shoplifting and probation violation. Elrod remains in custody at the time of this publication. A cash bond in the amount of $850 has been set pending probation release.
Ashley Brooke Jackson, 26, of Villa Rica was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Ward on outstanding warrants. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Jimmy Jerome Liddell, 57, of Moss Point Ms., was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner and charged with driving without a license, improper lane change and tag light violation. Liddell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,052 bond has been set.
Timothy Douglas Moore, 39, of Waco was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Cline and charged with hit and run and failure to report accident with injury.
Cami Nichole Purdy, 24, of Ellijay was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Smith on warrants for deposit account fraud. Purdy remains in custody at the time of this publication. A bond in the amount of $590.46 has been set. See also (11/6/2012) (3/5/2010) (10/10/2009)
Sarah Caroline Rion, 29, was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Morris and charged with party to a crime and prescription drugs not in original container. Rion remains in custody at the time of this publication. A bond in the amount of $5,700 has been set.
Michael Dwayne Smith, 27, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Ward and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, speeding in excess of maximum limits and a hold for probation warrants. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,154 bond has been set.
Ameena Sahar Strothers, 22, of Carrollton was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Baxter and charged with obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers. A bond in the amount of $850 has been set.
Michael Chad Terrell, 27, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputies on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Terrell remains in custody at the time of this publication.
