Listed below is the report for Thursday Feb. 7, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Nicholas Wayne Bell, 31, of Bremen as arrested by Bremen Police Officer Baxter and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
Emmett Eugene Burgess, 44, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Baxter on a warrant for battery. Burgess remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1000 property bond has been set.
Hugh Carlton Cooksey, 61, of Bremen was arrested on warrants for deposit account fraud.
Howard Goodwin, 66, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Browning on a misdemeanor failure to appear.
Johnnie Frances Waters, 63, of Bremen Police Officer Morris and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
Mark Anthony Wilkins, 46, of Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Dees and charged with burglary.
