The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties.

Listed below is the report for Tuesday Feb. 5, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

James Jerry Aldridge, 56, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Harrison and charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

Drew Banks, 50, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Browning on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Brandon Davis Carroll, 29, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Harrison on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.

Jenny Marie Harvey, 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Buchanan Police Officer Pike and charged with driving while license withdrawn and knowingly driving a motor vehicle on suspended, cancelled or revoked registration.

Lamarcus Deon Jefferson, 21, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's deputies on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.

Anna Marie Lee, 43, of Temple was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Mecillas and charged with public drunkenness, possession of a schedule III controlled substance and prescription drugs not in original container.

Travez Monte McCoy, 25, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Johnson on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Shirley June Mixon, 63, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Parker on a warrant for felony probation violation.
