Listed below is the report for Monday Feb. 4, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Jeffery Randall Berry, 39, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Cochran on warrants charging him with cruelty to children, possession of a sawed off shotgun and prescription drugs not in original container. Berry remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Jeffery Eugene Cook, 47, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Wilson and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
Christopher James Crocker, 37, of Flowery Branch was sentenced to serve 19 days per Tallapoosa court. Crocker remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Joshua Michael Evans, 28, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Shirley and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
Nathaniel Jamal Wheat, 20, of Tallapoosa was sentenced to serve 10 days per Tallapoosa court.
