Listed below is the report for Sunday Feb. 3, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Cassa Mackenzie Gardner, 27, of Temple was arrested by Bremen police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license withdrawn, reckless driving, hit and run and following too closely.
Samuel Gary Simpkins, 56, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa police and charged with felony theft by taking, criminal trespass and burglary.
