Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Thursday Feb. 28, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.
Timmy Lee Hart, 48, of Bremen was arrested by Buchanan police on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Michael Albert Patterson, 30, of Villa Rica was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Baxter and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
Shannon Martin Smith, 34, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Mapp and charged with DUI-alcohol, failure to obey stop sign and weaving over roadway. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,400 bond has been set.
Robert Alan Stephens, 23, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Williams on a warrant for misdemeanor probation violation. Stephens remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Robert Foster Valentine, 21, of was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Browning and charged with disorderly conduct.
