Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Thursday Feb. 21, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

Joshua Creal Brooker, 21, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Wagner on a warrant for conspiracy to commit a felony. Brooker remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Brittani Michelle Garrett, 23, of Lithia Springs was arrested by Buchanan police on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Garrett remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,245 bond has been set.

Jose Diego Gutierrez-Portillo, 26, of Marietta was arrested by Buchanan Police Officer Turner and charged with driving without a license and improper turn.
Adrian Cornelius Lovelace, 28, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Cox on warrants charging him with illegal possession of a controlled substance and felony probation violation. Lovelace remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $25,000 bond has been set.
William David McAlpin, 46, of Muscadine, Ala., was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Lemley on warrants for two counts felony theft by taking.
Peter Bradford Richards, 26, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Wagner on warrants charging him with conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender. Richards remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Thomas Ray Shealy, 18, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson county Deputy Sheriff Wagner on a hold for warrants.
Sondra Shivers, 31, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Cox on a hold for warrant.
Timothy Chase Smith, 28, of Barnesville was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer McIntyre and charged with driving while license withdrawn and driving on the wrong side of the road. See also (2/13/2013)
Richard William Summerville, 36, Temple was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Hornsby and charged with DUI-alcohol and possession of open alcohol container.
Quinton Lee Thurmon III, 32, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Baker and charged with disorderly conduct and hold for a warrant.
Michael Edward Tutton, 53, of Mableton was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Kent on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Nathaniel Jamal Wheat, 20, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Wagner on a warrant for conspiracy to commit a felony. See also (2/4/2013)
