Listed below is the Haralson County arrest report for Saturday Feb. 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

Edward Louis Kelly III, 35, of Memphis Tn., was arrested by Haralson County deputies and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
Gene Craig Oswalt, 37, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Streetman and charged with giving false information, felony theft by receiving stolen property and two counts felony probation violation. Oswalt remains in custody at the time of this publication.
