Linh Hoang Nguyen, 24, of Buchanan was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Baker on a warrant for misdemeanor failure to appear.

Rebecca Lynn Turner, 43, of Buchanan was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Shirley and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
