Haralson County Ga. arrest report dated Feb. 1, 2013 (Photos)

The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties.

Listed below is the report for Friday Feb. 1, 2013. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Haralson County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Misty Lee Canning, 29, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Shirley on a misdemeanor warrant for felony probation violation.

Curtis Quentin Covalli, 26, of Villa Rica was arrested Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Turner and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, weaving over roadway and head light violation. Covalli remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Amanda Leigh Cross, 24, of Carrollton was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Smith and charged with felony theft by shoplifting.

Jeffery Dwayne Davis, 32, of Bowden was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, weaving over roadway and vehicle light violation.

Wesley Eli Dodgen, 19, Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, obscured or missing license plate and tag light violation. Dodgen remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,758 bond has been set.

Shelby Marie Everhardt, 37, of Acworth was arrested by Bremen police on a warrant for felony probation violation. Everhardt remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $789 bond has been set.

Alan Lee Gilbert, 36, of Villa Rica was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Kent and charged with contempt of state court and misdemeanor probation violation. Gilbert remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,081.03 bond has been set.

Joshua Duane Hites, 30, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Alexander and charged with reckless driving and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Kristen Sue King, 44, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for deposit account fraud greater than or equal to $500.

Jeremiah Isaac Lowe, 22, of Carrollton turned himself in to the Haralson County Sheriff's Office on a warrant charging him with felony theft by taking.

Robin Maria Rodriguez, 41, of Carrollton was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Gray on a warrant for felony theft by taking.

Samantha Taran Schultz, 22, of Bremen was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Lee and charged with felony theft by taking.

Alicia Lynne Vick, 50, of Rome was arrested in Floyd County and transported by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Johnson on a warrant for misdemeanor probation violation. See also (Floyd County arrest)

Bobby Dorsey Willbanks, 35, of Douglasville was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Hines and charged with disorderly conduct.

Terry Ilus Willbanks, 41, of Villa Rica was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy and charged with disorderly conduct. Willbanks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
