Hans Rockenwagner has been an avid pioneer in the Los Angeles food scene ever since he moved from his home in Germany 30 years ago. From that point on, world-renowned Chef Rockenwagner has become one of the most prominent names in California cuisine, often times even being referred to as the “Pretzel King”. Rockenwagner has been perfecting the pretzel since 1984 and while he does love his pretzels plain, he is excited to introduce Angelenos to the first ever Pretzel Hour, exclusively at Café Rockenwagner in Brentwood.

Café Rockenwagner will be dishing out favorites with a pretzel spin, offering up the classic Pretzel Burger as well as unique takes on classics, like a Pretzel Pizza, Pretzel Dog and Pretzel Grilled Cheese, all for only $5. Pretzel Hour will also feature beer and wine specials and will be offered weekly Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:00p.m - 7:00p.m.
