Waikiki Start and Malasada Finish
The second annual Hapalua - Hawaii's Half Marathon starts at 6:00 a.m. on March 10 by the Duke Kahanamoku statue in Waikiki.
The Hapalua course runs through much of the Honolulu Marathon course, going around Diamond Head and finishing in Kapiolani Park. There will be entertainment for everyone at the finisher area and you'll be rewarded with a souvenir finisher medal, malasadas, post race food and fun. Register online here.
Run for Charity
There are more than 20 charities offering discounted entry fees in return for your valiant fundraising effort. Using Crowdrise, an easy fundraising platform, Hapalua runners have been sponsored for an incredible $35,000 so far, and we are proud to be part of bringing running and charitable causes together in Hawaii. Hapalua Relay
A great way to enjoy the day is to get a team together and share the effort in the Hapalua Relay. The relay is open to all age groups and we have awards for the top three places for the male, female and mixed teams. Teams are made up of four to seven runners. Read more here.
