Kala Koa Entertainment and Hawaiian Airlines are proud to present HAPA at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center.
HAPA, “Hawaii’s hottest group” (Billboard), returns to the South Bay for one show only on Saturday, October 12 at 7 p.m.
HAPAʼs self-entitled debut CD released in 1993, swept the 1994 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards (Hawaiiʼs equivalent of the Grammyʼs), becoming the biggest selling CD by a group or duo in the history of recorded Hawaiian music.
The groupʼs ground breaking music has established them as the most recognized name in Hawaiian music internationally, with sold-out shows from Tokyo to New York.
This concert performance continues the success of their first major Los Angeles showcase in 2011 and the follow-up 2012 showcase with all new string arrangements of their biggest hits and award-winning hula and Tahitian dance performances.
Attendees will also enjoy delicious Hawaiian food, island-style malasadas, shaved ice and plenty of free parking.
