2013 US Open tennis quarterfinals schedule for Sept. 4 features a Hantuchova vs. Azarenka live stream match taking place at the Billie Jean King USTA Tennis Center's Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, N.Y.
They each player comes in with two wins apiece, as the Belarusian got off to a 2-0 start before the Slovak leveled the score by winning their most recent encounters.
This 2013 US Open quarterfinals TV schedule match is slated for 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT) and it'll be broadcast live on ESPN. A Hantuchova vs. Azarenka live stream will also be available at the top of the hour, courtesy of ESPN-3 and US Open Live Stream.
Ranked 48th in the world, the 30-year-old Poprad native is coming off grueling back-to-back three-set matches, so her conditioning will be tested in tonight's quarterfinals.
However, her opponent is also coming off a very tough match, as Azarenka had to dig deep just to avoid an upset at the hands of Ana Ivanovic in the fourth round.
After winning the consecutive Australian Open titles (2011-12), the second-seed from Minsk is trying to solidify her position as one of the best hardcourt players in the world.
Last year, Serena Williams defeated her in the Flushing Meadows finals. The 24-year-old Azarenka hopes to earn a rematch with the world's No.1 this weekend.
A win victory over Hantuchova tonight would bring her one step closer to her desired showdown with Serena on Sunday.
