"Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" had its Los Angeles premiere at TCL Chinese Theatre on Jan. 24, 2013, in Hollywood, California. "Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" was directed by Tommy Wirkola and stars Jeremy Renner, Gemma Arterton and Peter Stormare.

"Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters," is a spin on the fairy tale. Hansel & Gretel are now bounty hunters who track and kill witches all over the world. As the fabled Blood Moon approaches, the siblings encounter a new form of evil that might hold a secret to their past.
"Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" will be released into U.S. Theaters on Friday, Jan. 25. It will battle for box office dollars with Jennifer Lopez' new film "Parker," the comedy "Movie 43" and crime action flick "Race 2."
"Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" is rated R for strong fantasy horror violence and gore, brief sexuality/nudity and language and has a run-time of 1 hour and 28 minutes.
