'Hannah Montana Forever': Miley Cyrus faces big decision in new preview video

On next Sunday's episode of "Hannah Montana Forever", Miley Cyrus' character will have to make a critical decision -- does she care more about her brother, or about keeping her secret? So far this season, we have seen Jackson somehow manage to score a girlfriend in model Siena, but there is one new problem with their blossoming relationship -- Siena sees Hannah Montana leaving the house, and immediately suspects that something fishy is going on between the two of them.

"Hannah Montana" as a series has been all about making big decisions, so it probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise that Miley will be forced to make one here. Do we know for sure what's going to happen? No, but the odds seem to point to her revealing the truth to Siena and hoping for the best -- either that or making up some sort of compromise.

Are you enjoying this season of "Hannah Montana" thus far? You can check out a preview of the next episode below courtesy of BSC. To view recent photos of Miley, follow the link here.
