Angie Miller belted out her solo on the stage of American Idol in Los Angeles for the world to hear. Singing Yesterday, the performer shared her interpretation of the Beatles song on Wednesday in hopes for the fans to vote for her. Giving it all she had the 18-year-old from Beverly, Massachusetts impressed the judges and shared a glimpse of her focus. She was working the microphone perfectly all while keeping her breath in check to hit the high notes as the song had to be perfect.
Has anyone else noticed how Angie Miller looks like Hannah Montana? Watching the performance live at the studio, the audition could have been straight out of an episode of the popular television series. While the Disney Channel character hasn't been on the air for several years, the American Idol contestant looks like Miley Cyrus' character. Not only does Miller’s facial figures look familiar, so does her hair and the way she holds the microphone is how Hannah Montana held it on the television show.
While some American Idol fans might find it strange to suggest, fans who loved watching the show Hannah Montana might want to tune in to the show on Thursday night to see the resemblance. Is looking like Hannah Montana a good thing for Angie Miller? Absolutely! It's unique to have a doppelganger on a singing competition! And another reason to vote for the contestant.
