Hannah Billingsley was crowned Miss Arkansas USA 2013 on Sunday at Arend Arts Center in Bentonville.
Billingsley entered the pageant as Miss North Arkansas USA.
She will represent Arkansas at the Miss USA Pageant. If she wins the national crown, she will represent the United States at the Miss Universe Pageant.
The Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants are co-owned by Donald Trump and NBC Universal.
Last year, she was a contestant in the Miss Arkansas Pageant, affiliated with the Miss America Organization.
She was also a contestant in the 2011 Miss Arkansas Pageant, where she was a preliminary award winner in the evening gown competition.
She is 21 years old and a resident of Franklin.
Also on Sunday, Abby Floyd was crowned Miss Arkansas Teen USA 2013.
She will represent Arkansas at the Miss Teen USA Pageant. The teen pageant has, in recent years, been webcast live during the summer from the Bahamas.
