The movie will take place at a Google campus, where every digital marketing professional dreams to be.
The Google Hangout will begin on Feb. 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. PT. The movie producers are hoping to create some social media buzz across the Google Plus platform. They are asking users to present questions for Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. The questions are to be submitted via video using hashtag #theinternship.
The trailer for the movie was uploaded on YouTube yesterday. Since then, the movie trailer received over 21k views. In addition, they also created a Google Plus page for "The Internship." The Google Plus page has over 23k plus ones.
About "The Internship"
The movie is about Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) who are salesmen losing their place in a digital world. The two men attempt to prove they are not obsolete. They somehow talk their way into an internship at Google. Getting into the internship alongside brilliant college students is only half the battle.
Once Billy and Nick make their way in, they now must compete with the country’s most elite, tech-savvy brains.
