Hangout Music Festival announces 2014 line-up

Announced today, January 15 from Fresh and Clean Media, Hangout Music Festival organizers have revealed the current lineup for the fifth annual Hangout Music Fest, featuring The Black Keys, The Killers, Outkast, Jack Johnson, Queens of the Stone Age, Pretty Lights, The Avett Brothers, Modest Mouse and The Flaming Lips, taking place on the majestic beaches of Gulf Shores, AL on May 16-18, 2014.

The over 75-band lineup included are Wiz Khalifa, Zedd, Childish Gambino, Amos Lee, Conor Oberst, Tegan and Sara, Capital Cities, The 1975, Bastille and numerous others that will be announced at a later date. There are six stages, including the newly added Red Bull Sound Select Stage.

Weekend tickets go on-sale tomorrow, Thursday, January 16 at 10 a.m. EST at www.hangoutmusicfest.com for $229.

Hangout Music Festival is one of the best music festivals with gorgeous weather, sandy beaches and gorgeous scenery, with fans able to watch performances in close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and sample seafood by local and regional chefs from the redesigned Alabama Gulf Seafood Outdoor Courtyard. There are dozens of fashion boutiques to fill your itch for shopping, whether it be for bathing suits, sunglasses or dresses, etc. An exclusive new addition is the music festival's new beachside wedding chapel.

More amenities include the Sky Bar tower, more amusement rides and games, along with staples of free refill water stations and a number of dining options.

VIP ticket-holders receive easy access through special close-to-the-stage entrances, with exceptional viewing areas, and swimming pools to take a dip in while viewing your favorite act. There will also be a shaded VIP Grove with complimentary beverages, with private, air-conditioned restrooms, and much more. The Super VIPs receive even more superior service with 24/7 concierge services, private dining room and lounge with exclusive meals prepared by chefs, free admittance to the pre-fest party, golf cart chaffeur service, priority on-site lodging privileges, etc. VIP tickets can be purchased for $999 and a small amount of Super VIP tickets are $1599.

Located on the coast of Alabama, a few miles from the Florida borders, in Gulf Shores, there are a variety of vacation rentals, such as condos, hotels and beach houses, many of them within walking distance. Fans can view choose their options via http://www.hangoutmusicfest.com/, with ability to book all-inclusive travel packages and reserve shuttle passes.

Much like years prior, MTV, VH1, Palladia, MTV.com, MTV Hits, MTV Jams, and mtvU will be featuring live footage throughout the day, including music videos, live performances, and news from the festival and its performers.
