Handsome Coffee Roasters is turning 1, so they're throwing us all a block party! And no one throws a party quite like Handsome.
The sign says 7 p.m. until "late," and you can be guaranteed the place will be packed all night long. They are advertising music, drinks and guerilla tacos, as well as "good times guaran-damn-teed." Like you really needed more than one reason to go.
Handsome arrived to the Los Angeles coffee scene with a bang, and they've been nonstop giving back to the community with partnering with fresh food markets and offering coffee tastings and classes. All the while serving a killer cup of coffee.
Jesse Scarantino of the Handsome crew says, "Our ethos is serve good coffee and be really nice to people." We're not sure if we want to get on our knees and bow or give those Handsome boys a big hug for that.
The Handsome Coffee Roasters One Year Anniversary Block Party takes place on Friday, March 1 at their flagship roastery at 582 Mateo Street in the Downtown LA Arts District.
