Hands on with the Dell Inspiron One at Chicago's AON Center

Last night I had the pleasure of attending a Dell event with some other Chicago area bloggers to get a demo of the Inspiron One Touchscreen Computer.

Even though I did not get a lot of time hands-on with the computer, I was quite impressed with what I saw. The screen is very responsive, big, bright, and clear. The model demoed was the 23" inch. But we were told that there are plans to make several sizes available in the very near future. Although, studies showed that 23" was the perfect size for families. Not too big, not too small.

There are several integrated applications that make it very easy to use for even the youngest family member to navigate to their favorite movie, music, or website.

I am also very impressed with the specs. Some other All-in-one computers are not really made for performance.This one is. It comes standard with a 1TB Hard Drive and 4gb of RAM which is upgradeable to 8gb. Here are the full specs:
